2. Run by former students

Student Housing Lincoln was formed in 2014 by former University of Lincoln students; Harry Conti and Marcus Askam Yates, we also employ current students as brand ambassadors, photographers and videographers. We believe we are the only lettings agency tightly integrated within the student community.

 

3. RentPro – Online Management System

We offer all landlords on our Fully Managed Service access to our bespoke online property management system, Landlords can log in via our website and view all details about the student property, you can view things like the AST, Rent Accounts, Full Property profit and Loss, Inspections and how many viewings have been conducted at the property.

 

4. Account Manager

As an indépendant lettings based in Lincoln we made it our priority to ensure we are passionate and personal with the service you receive, all Managed properties have a dedicated account manager, someone you can call 24/7 with any issues or questions you have about your property, providing a personal service for you and your property.

Unlike other Lettings Agents in Lincoln, our fees are fixed, with no additional costs, we don’t hide costs in the small print, and we don’t add ‘professional service fees’ to our services. We also look to save landlords money wherever we can, we can supply (£199.99) RRP Hoover brand Vacuum Cleaners for £49.99, we do not add our costs on top, we simply supply for the paid cost, the idea behind this is that you as a client will appreciate a saving and be inclined to tell others.

 

7. Partnerships

Student Lettings require a large amount of leg work, simply listing a property on a website isn’t enough, we have strong partnerships with the Accommodation Office at the University of Lincoln, as well as partnerships with 3rd party listing sites such as www.FreshRent.co.uk, Accommodation For Students, pads4students and many others. We also sponsor university teams and societies.

 

8. Proactive approach

As just one of many providers of Student Accommodation within Lincoln we have developed a proactive approach, last year we reached over 60,000 hits on our website, we have over 10,000 likes or follows on social media, Provided over 500 student discount cards, we handed out over 1,200 free pens, 2,700 branded lollypops, and over 22,500 flyers on campus.
