We are looking for a full time general maintenance coordinator to join our lively office team.
Established in 2015 Student Housing has soon become the cities largest student lettings agency. Founded by 2 former University of Lincoln Students.

Role & Responsibilities:
To undertake general property maintenance,
To organise and deliver large scale property refurbishments on time and within budget,
Furniture Assembly,
Property Inspections,
General office Admin,
Various Property visits,
Christmas tree delivery,
Spontaneous office IKEA trips,
Sweet Delivery Management,
Staff Night Out Organising
Secret Santa-ing
& so much more.


Relevant Experience:
Changing + Installing of Locks (Essential)
Painting + Decorating, (Essential)
General Property Maintenance (Essential)
Basic Joinery Skills (Preferred)
Floor + Wall Tiling (Preferred – Training Available)
Basic [Non Gas] Plumbing (Preferred – Training Available)
Electrical Knowledge (Part P) (Preferred – Training Avalible)

Pay & Benefits:
£14k – 16k (Per Annum) (Salary to be Experience Dependant) – Based on a 38hr week

The ideal candidate would be honest, approachable and have good local knowledge of Lincoln as well as a passion for property and quality workmanship.

Applicants must be able to work well as part of a team as well as being able to make their own decisions and be a good problem solver. Applicants must hold a full UK drivers licence.
