We constantly update our practices to ensure we are offering both Landlords and Tenants the very best possible service; with this in mind and with recommendations made from both universities on a local and national level we have changed the way in which our bills inclusive service works.
From September 2017 we will no longer provided a bill cap per person, and move to a bill cap based on the size of the property. At the recommendation of both universities; fixed costs such as TV Licences and Internet will no longer includes within bill caps / allowances and will be listed as fixed costs.
